• Shoot & Go — a quick, efficient pace built for large teams on tight schedules. Roughly 3 minutes per person.

• Fast/Standard — our most common pace, balancing efficiency with a little direction and wardrobe/pose adjustment. 8 minutes per person.

• Deliberate/Executive — a slower, more collaborative pace for leadership portraits, bios, or anyone who wants more variety in their final images. 15+ minutes per person.

Corporate headshots have an average lifespan of 5+ years (some folks are using 10-year old headshots!)

Those professional headshots are activated across sales and marketing communications materials, making them one of the most cost-effective ways to keep your company’s brand polished and consistent.

Projects are estimated based on the overall time and scope required, including the number of people photographed, the creative approach, and the level of editing or retouching requested.

Yes. We regularly shoot on location throughout Northeast Ohio, with Pittsburgh and Columbus as secondary markets, and we're available for national travel for larger engagements. We bring a full portable studio setup, so your team gets the same professional lighting and backdrop quality as an in-studio session — no need to leave the building.

We send every participant a short wardrobe guide ahead of the shoot, but the short version:

Solid colors that flatter skintones photograph best — avoid busy patterns, small stripes, or logos unless it's your company's branded apparel.

Every headshot in your gallery — whether it's one person or one hundred — is shot under the same lighting setup, same backdrop, and same camera position.

We shoot tethered to computer, reviewing images in real time to catch anything off before the person leaves their seat, and every image goes through the same editing process afterward.

The result is a gallery that looks like it came from one cohesive shoot, even if it was captured across multiple sessions or locations.

At this time, we only offer corporate headshots for companies who wish to photograph multiple employees.

For individuals, we offer personal branding sessions, which are a more in-depth approach to support solopreneurs and small business owners.

We do not offer individual headshots designed for LinkedIn profiles or resumes. The time and cost of producing a single photo are generally prohibitive for most people, so we focus on teams and corporations.
